We remind you that our products are all handcrafted by hand, so in case of personalized requests, the times may vary.
The shipment is carried out by express courier.

Each product is wrapped and packaged with the same care and dedication with which it is created and produced for this reason we ask couriers to pay close attention to the transport of our parcels.

Payment security

The payment information is not saved on our store. During the purchase you can choose the payment method between bank transfer and “PayPal”. In case you choose PayPal you are redirected to the circuit page where your data is protected with the best security protocols.

Warranty

The warranty on our products is 2 years as per regulations.

Each product purchased is carefully checked before packing and shipping.

We take particular care in the packaging so that the product does not suffer any damage during transportation.

Return policy

Politics Pipedesign returns allows you to rethink your purchase and return the product purchased, without having to specify the reason, until the end of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery as per EU directive 2011/83 / EC on ecommerce and distance selling.

After having communicated the will to return the goods within the period indicated above, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us, paying the costs shipping.

The right to withdrawal is excluded in case of purchase of customized products.

The products
they must be returned in the same condition in which they were
delivered including the original packaging. If the returned products do not come
received in these conditions, refunds will be reduced by 50%.

The packaging of the product (e.g. the box) and any certificates of authenticity, must be returned with the original item to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If you return the product in accordance with the above, you will have the right to obtain the refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product that is returned.
