Registered in the Pordenone Company Register with the Economic Administrative Repertory number 87563.
All retail prices include VAT and do not include any taxes, duties and charges applicable in the country of destination of the products and/or services where this is different from Italy.
These costs, which vary from country to country, are the responsibility of the Customer, who is responsible for verifying the amount with the competent customs authorities.
All products in our store are actually available at our headquarters, or at our supplier. If they are not available, they will be made with the indicative delivery times communicated during the order confirmation phase.
All shipments are covered by insurance.
The site is updated several times a day, the shipment will always be accounted for with a regular accompanying invoice, and unless otherwise indicated by the customer, it will be made available online on their personal order page (“My Orders”).
The cost of each shipment must be added to the price of the individual product and/or service, the amount of which may vary based on the delivery and payment method, as well as in relation to the country of destination. The total amount due for the products and/or services chosen will be clearly indicated and communicated to the Customer, before the conclusion of the Sales Contract.
The prices shown on the site are subject to possible variations and/or modifications by pipedesign.it without any obligation to give prior notice to the Customer. Such increases may depend – among other things – on increases decided by the suppliers.
The prices in force at the time of receipt of the Order will apply to Sales Contracts concluded before the publication of the aforementioned changes, but still in progress.
Product returns are not permitted as they are handcrafted products made specifically at the customer’s request. In particular, for products made with specific indications by the customer (color, measurements, dimensions).
These General Conditions are governed by Italian law as are each Sales Contract and subject to Italian jurisdiction.
Any dispute relating to the General Conditions or the Sales Contracts will be devolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Pordenone, without prejudice to the applicability of the mandatory provisions of law established for the protection of Consumers.
