All retail prices include VAT and do not include any taxes, duties and duties applicable in the country of destination of the products and/or services where this is different from Italy.

All products in our store are actually available at our location, or at our supplier. In the event that they are not available they will be made with the approximate delivery time communicated during the confirmation of ‘order.
All shipments are covered by insurance.
The site is updated several times a day, the shipment will always be accounted for with a regular accompanying invoice, and unless otherwise specified by the customer, will be made available online in their personal order page (“My Orders”).
To the price of the individual product and/or service must be added the cost of each shipment, the amount of which may vary depending on the method of delivery and payment, as well as in relation to the country of destination. The total amount due for the selected products and/or services will be clearly stated and communicated to the Customer, prior to the conclusion of the Sales Contract.
The prices shown on the site are subject to possible changes and/or modifications by pipedesign.co.uk without any obligation of prior notice to the Customer. Said increases may depend on – among others – increases decided by suppliers.
For Sales Contracts concluded before the publication of the aforementioned changes, but still being executed, the prices in force at the time of receipt of the ‘Order shall apply.
These General Conditions are governed by Italian law as well as each Contract of Sale and subject to Italian jurisdiction.
Any dispute relating to the General Conditions or to the Contracts of Sale shall be deferred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Pordenone, without prejudice to the applicability of the mandatory rules of law for the protection of Consumers.
